Customer information is used to improve our web site content and to enhance the online shopping experience. Any private information entered on the website is confidential.
Some personal information is gathered when you register on our website. During registration, we ask for your name, address, phone number, and email address. We use this information in order to fully satisfy your orders, ship your purchases to you or to your chosen recipient, and to be able to contact you if there are any questions about your order.
Please note that on our web site there is a place where you can transmit credit card information in order to complete a purchase. Any time we ask for a credit card number we transmit that credit card number in an encrypted format. We use industry-standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.
On the Little Brown House web site, we utilize the industry’s highest standard of data encryption and positive identification technology to ensure that your on-line shopping experience is safe and secure. Security measures are triggered automatically with your order. Your order will be submitted only if your computer and our server are communicating in a secure mode. Our Security measures are designed to prevent unauthorized use of your credit card.
Little Brown House will not share any information with any third-party, except for that information required to be shared with our credit card processor in order to process payments for purchases. After an on-line purchase is completed, Little Brown House does not retain the credit card information, although we do retain the ability to get access to that information from our credit card processor if the need arises, such as if a customer has changed his or her mind about a purchase and we need to reverse a payment.

Ordering
To place an order, please call Little Brown House during business hours. Items, which are in stock, will ship the next business day. If you are interested in ordering a gift for someone other than a registered bride we are happy to assist you in your selection. Upon completion of your order, your gift will be wrapped and the recipient will be notified. Little Brown House accepts American Express, Visa, and  Mastercard.
Gift Wrapping & Enclosure Cards
Gift-wrap is complementary. We would be happy to include a handwritten message on gift enclosure card. If you find yourself giving gifts from Little Brown House again and again, we would be happy to keep your personal enclosure cards on hand.
Sales Tax
Texas sales tax will be collected on purchases shipped to Texas addresses. Orders shipped out of state will not have sales tax collected.

Prices and availability of all items on this website and at our store are subject to change. Listed prices are in U.S. Dollars. These policies are subject to change without notice.

Bridal Registration Policies

Services Offered:

1. Delivery of gifts purchased at Little Brown House to Amarillo showers; when provided with hostess and date information.

Gift Certificates:

1. Gift certificates will be issued for out of stock items.
2. Gift certificates must be returned to Little Brown House for redemption.
3. It is your responsibility to inform us to either order the item listed or issue store credit
4. All Gift Certificates must be redeemed within three months of your wedding date.

Store Credit:

1. Returned gifts will be issued store credit.
2. Your credit must be used within one year of wedding date.

Returns & Exchanges:

1. All returns and exchanges must be made within 3 months of your wedding date.

What we need from you:

1. Keep us updated on your information (i.e.) address and phone number up to a year after your wedding.

Patterns selections once made, are final.
